Next-generation solar apartments by Ecotun

Ecotun's new project is a multi-apartment eco-building complex designed around seismic standards, energy efficiency and modern expectations for comfortable living. The first phase includes 26 eco-buildings and about 3,000 apartments.

The apartment layouts are created for contemporary lifestyles while preserving flexibility for future owners. The project concept combines solar panels, a monolithic reinforced-concrete structure, thermal and acoustic insulation, recuperative elevators, backup water and electricity, and safety and fire-protection systems.

According to the project concept, each building may generate up to 2 million kWh of electricity per year for its own needs, with distribution planned in proportion to apartment area. The project is currently in development. To select an apartment and receive priority, buyers should submit an application.
